CEO & Founder. Built his first company at 19. Panama–Miami logistics operator.

Gary Manuel Alvarado Dormoi is a Panamanian entrepreneur, CEO and founder of PGT Logistics Group and Enviamex USA Corp. In 2011, at age 19 and while studying Industrial Engineering, he founded Panama Global Trading — now PGT Logistics Group — after spotting a real gap in cross-border shipping and closing his first international client on first contact.

At 21 he went through a bankruptcy. He paid it down in 18 months from his own pocket, leaving no outstanding debt. That episode set a lasting rule: grow the core operation with retained earnings, not bank debt.

He now leads a binational logistics ecosystem with 35+ team members, 7 branches in Panama, a owned warehouse and operating company in Miami, lanes from China, an auto-import division, and expansion into Costa Rica. He holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration, has completed 100+ courses, and has spoken at 10+ international conferences.

In 2023 he appeared on the Emprendementes podcast as a Panamanian success case in Miami. Predictive Index profile: MAVERICK. He uses AI daily in operations and builds internal software. He is bilingual (Spanish/English) and has taken his full team on international trips five times.
